* You cannot select the video resolution when streaming on iOS system. The video resolution will be automatically adjusted according to the network speed.
- The TV display of live streaming via AirPlay and Chromecast may be supported depending on the user’s device and TV functions but we make no guarantees in this regard. Please check with the device supplier for operation details (HUAWEI devices are not supported).
- You can access the live broadcast through the pop-up notification on the homepage or the "My Tickets" or "Orders" tabs. Please test the functions available for your applicable stream ticket upon purchase and within 24 hours prior to the live streaming. The functions may vary subject to different types of tickets. In the event that the functions are not available within the aforesaid time, you may contact our customer service for assistance.
- Each ticket has a limit on the number of viewing devices that can be logged in simultaneously. If the number of viewing devices under the same credential exceeds the limit, the first logged-in device will be logged out automatically.
- Special features such as subtitles, light stick connections and multi-camera options may be available for selected events. Please stay tuned.
- The light stick synchronization function of the MakeALive App is only available on mobile devices or tablets. Web version and TV App are not supported currently.
- The MakeALive streaming service is intended to be offered to MakeALive members within Hong Kong and selected territories.
- Please do not stream with VPN as the video smoothness and quality may be compromised.
- We use digital rights management (DRM) to prohibit re-broadcasting or pirated recording of live broadcasts. In the event that any re-broadcasting or pirated recording is discovered, the stream ticket will be voided immediately and the relevant MakeALive account will also be deactivated without any notice, refund or compensation.
